Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to drive merchant acquisition across Lagos. You will engage with restaurants, hotels, retailers and other businesses, showcasing our software and payment solutions to grow our partner network.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business customers within assigned territories.
• Conduct regular field visits to restaurants, lounges, hotels, retailers, supermarkets, pharmacies and other businesses.
• Introduce and demonstrate our software and payment solutions to owners, general managers and decision‑makers.
• Schedule and deliver product demonstrations, convert qualified prospects into active merchants.
• Follow up consistently on leads, proposals and onboarding opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous B2B or field sales experience (minimum 12 months).
• Strong prospecting ability and confidence approaching business owners and senior managers.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Good knowledge of Lagos commercial areas and ability to use a smartphone for digital sales tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and digital sales applications.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between NGN 150,000 and NGN 250,000.
