Sales Executive

About the role

Inspiresia Media is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive new business across residential, commercial and public‑sector markets in Nigeria. You will act as the primary point of contact for developers, contractors and facility managers, matching their water‑supply and pumping needs with our technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
• Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, site visits and digital enquiries.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals and product information.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms while meeting profitability targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and sales activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and customer‑service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Support distributors and channel partners within assigned territories.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and provide regular forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of sales or business‑development experience, preferably in pumps, engineering equipment or water‑treatment products.
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline and meet revenue targets.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
