Sales Executive – Cosmetics & Beauty Products

About the role

Power Ark LTD is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive the growth of its cosmetics portfolio across Lagos. You will be the face of the brand, building relationships with retailers, salons, and distributors to expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers, retailers, wholesalers, beauty stores, salons, supermarkets, and distributors.
• Recruit new distributors and nurture existing distributor relationships.
• Present and promote cosmetics products confidently to prospective customers.
• Follow up on leads, convert inquiries into sales, and meet assigned sales targets.
• Conduct market visits, spot new sales opportunities, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Provide regular updates on market feedback, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cosmetics, beauty, skincare, FMCG, or retail sales.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
• Confident when approaching diverse customer types.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close sales, and recruit distributors.
• Well‑groomed, presentable, and professional appearance.
• Target‑driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
