Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join AIRPORTRUN, a transportation platform focused on airport transfers in the United States. Based in Abuja, you will drive customer acquisition through outbound calls, lead generation and booking management, contributing directly to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Make 300–500 outbound call attempts daily, aiming for 200 meaningful conversations.
• Generate, qualify and nurture new leads across the United States.
• Introduce AIRPORTRUN services, promotions and booking options to prospects.
• Convert qualified leads into completed one‑way or round‑trip bookings.
• Re‑engage inactive prospects and follow up with existing customers.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including notes and activity logs.
• Monitor and support automated email outreach campaigns.
• Submit daily activity reports and track performance metrics.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Reliability and professionalism in handling customer interactions.
• Ability to meet high call volume targets within scheduled hours.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Proficiency in using phone and email outreach tools.

What we offer

• Base salary of ₦150,000 per month.
• Performance bonuses: ₦2,000 per completed one‑way trip, ₦4,000 for round‑trip bookings.
• 90‑day contract with potential renewal based on performance.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 2 PM–10 PM WAT (9 AM–5 PM ET).
