Sales Associate – South‑South Nigeria

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate to join Maisha Meds’ South‑South Nigeria team. The role focuses on building customer relationships, acquiring new business and driving measurable growth for our technology‑enabled healthcare solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage B2B prospects across SaaS, pharma and FinTech sectors.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and support field agents.
- Lead field activities, conduct product demonstrations and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Track performance metrics and report on sales outcomes.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B, SaaS, pharma, FinTech or field sales.
- Strong passion for customer acquisition and business growth.
- Based in the South‑South region of Nigeria, preferably Port Harcourt or Uyo.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and support field teams.
