Sales Associate – Real Estate

About the role

The Sales Associate will drive property sales for GloVal Properties, focusing on land and real‑estate offerings in the Lagos market. This full‑time position requires proactive outreach, client relationship management, and achievement of sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective buyers across the Lekki/Epe axis.
• Promote property listings through networking, marketing activities, and negotiations.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, ensuring clear communication of product benefits.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Required profile

• Residence within the Lekki/Epe axis.
• Academic qualification: B.Sc, HND or OND.
• Minimum of one year proven experience as a marketing executive or in a similar sales role.
• Strong networking, marketing and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and capable of working with minimal supervision.
