Sales and Partnership Manager

About the role

The Sales and Partnership Manager will drive revenue growth and expand strategic relationships for The Elysium Company. Based in Ibadan, this hybrid role blends on‑site collaboration with flexible remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Manage a pipeline of prospects and lead end‑to‑end sales conversations from outreach to closing.
• Build, maintain and grow strategic partnerships, negotiating terms and agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on partner expectations.
• Analyze market trends, track performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Provide insights to shape sales strategies, product positioning and go‑to‑market initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven sales and account‑management experience, preferably in B2B environments.
• Demonstrated success in creating and scaling strategic partnerships.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable working hybrid in Ibadan and managing time independently.
