Sales and Marketing Manager

About the role

Roadmech is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager based in Lagos, Marina. The role covers both sales leadership and marketing execution, including managing the sales team, driving customer relationships and running online and offline campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals and seasonal demand.
• Supervise, motivate and train sales associates to meet individual and team targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance, analyse trends and optimise inventory and conversions.
• Build relationships with walk-in customers, fleet owners and corporate clients.
• Promote new products and services and keep the team informed on all product categories such as oils, batteries, tyres, detailing and diagnostics.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and coordinate with the marketing team on in-store promotions and customer outreach.
• Maintain high customer service standards and follow up to ensure long-term loyalty.
• Design and run online and offline marketing campaigns, manage advertising, branding and promotional materials, and coordinate social media, digital advertising and community engagement.
• Organise marketing events, roadshows and auto fairs, and report on inventory levels and stock availability.
• Accurately post all sales transactions and count all inventory.

Required profile

• A minimum of 1 year of experience.
• A minimum of an HND in a related field.
