Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

Heirs Life Assurance is looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to drive new business, nurture client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role will have a direct impact on the growth of the company by promoting insurance solutions and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals and social media.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Heirs’ products and communicate their value to prospects.
• Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to individuals and corporate prospects.
• Negotiate terms, finalize contracts and close deals that meet client and company objectives.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance targets.
• Provide after‑sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and identify new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance reports for management.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and customer service teams to align sales strategy.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for service excellence.
