Sales and Customer Service Representative

About the role

Afri​cana is looking for confident, result‑oriented Sales and Customer Experience Representatives to be the first point of contact for clients both in‑store and online. You will help drive sales growth by building relationships, offering product guidance and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to clients across all touchpoints – in‑store, phone and online.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable products or services to drive sales.
• Handle inquiries, orders, returns and after‑sales follow‑ups professionally.
• Maintain accurate client records and support CRM data entry.
• Collaborate with tailoring, logistics and digital teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Uphold brand service standards and contribute to an organized store environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field.
• 1‑3 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in fashion or retail.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Passion for sales and delivering premium customer experiences.
