Sales Agent

About the role

The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and onboarding merchants and business owners to Haven Outsourcing Ltd's payments and financial solutions in Lagos. This entry‑level position focuses on building strong customer relationships and driving monthly onboarding targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective merchants and business owners across retail, fashion and FMCG sectors.
• Promote payment and financial solutions and explain their benefits.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow‑up.
• Achieve onboarding targets of 20 merchants per month, including at least three subscription‑based merchants.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to 24 months of sales or direct sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence to interact professionally with merchants and business owners.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable in a target‑driven environment and able to consistently meet targets.

What we offer

• Base salary of NGN 90,000 per month.
