Sales Advisor – Insurance Products

About the role

The Sales Advisor will be responsible for driving the sale of our insurance solutions across multiple market segments. You will work closely with individuals and corporate clients, presenting tailored policies that meet their needs. Comprehensive sales training will be provided to ensure you succeed in this dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Sell a range of insurance products to individuals and businesses.
• Identify and approach prospective clients through various channels.
• Conduct needs analysis and prepare customized policy proposals.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients and policyholders.
• Follow up on policy renewals and cross‑sell additional coverage.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum HND qualification.
• At least one year of sales experience.
• Completed NYSC or hold an exemption letter.
• 26 years of age or older at the time of application.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
