Retail Sales Executive

About the role
The bank is looking for proactive and persuasive Retail Sales Executives to expand its customer base across designated branches in Lagos. You will be responsible for driving product acquisition and meeting monthly revenue targets while representing the bank’s brand.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers for the bank’s retail products.
- Promote and sell banking services to meet or exceed monthly revenue goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Track sales performance and report results to branch management.
- Collaborate with branch staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required profile
- HND or equivalent degree (specific field not required).
- Completed NYSC service.
- Strong sales orientation with proven ability to meet targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
