Restaurant Manager – Full‑Time in Anambra

About the role

Domeo Resources International is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead its dining operation in Anambra. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations, floor management and table rotations.
• Monitor sales, review P&L reports and control labour, food and beverage costs.
• Recruit, onboard and train service staff, create shift schedules and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage weekly inventory counts, vendor relationships and ensure POS data accuracy.
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns, handle corporate bookings and analyse competitor trends.
• Enforce hygiene standards, food‑safety laws, liquor licences and fire‑safety protocols.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a high‑volume restaurant or premium hospitality environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive immediate impact.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with modern Restaurant POS systems.
• Experience using reservation platforms such as OpenTable or Resy.
• Familiarity with shift‑scheduling applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for cost tracking.
