About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Abuja location. The role involves overseeing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving profitability in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, train and motivate restaurant staff.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve concerns promptly.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels and procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and operational standards.
- Prepare operational reports and track business performance.
- Manage staff schedules and daily workflow.
- Implement strategies to improve sales, productivity and profitability.
Required profile
- Male candidate residing in Karu or nearby areas.
- Minimum three years (36 months) of experience managing a restaurant, fast‑food outlet or similar hospitality business.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Organisational skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Computer literacy with basic reporting capabilities.
