Repairs & Replacement Store Executive (Non-Management)

About the role

We are looking for a Repairs & Replacement Store Executive (non‑management) to ensure the availability of critical spare parts for our manufacturing, engineering and quality departments in Ibadan. The role involves managing inventory, issuing parts promptly and maintaining accurate records in SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day R&RS activities, ensuring proper storage, security and minimal loss of stock.
• Issue spare parts to production and other end‑user departments to minimise machine downtime.
• Inspect orders, receive goods receipt (GR) and achieve 100 % accuracy on inbound and outbound postings.
• Identify, group and move spares during write‑offs and perform monthly, year‑end counts and reconciliations.
• Liaise with the spare planner for full visibility of inbound and outbound movements.
• Participate in periodic stock‑takes and track defective or obsolete spares.

Required profile

• OND in Engineering or a quantitative discipline.
• Minimum two years of experience in an FMCG store or inventory‑focused role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management processes.
• Good leadership, interpersonal and written/oral English communication skills.

Required skills

• SAP (or similar inventory management software).
• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
