Remote YouTube Thumbnail Designer

About the role

Nas Daily Studios is looking for a creative Remote YouTube Thumbnail Designer to craft eye‑catching thumbnails that drive engagement across social platforms. You will work closely with the content team to translate video concepts into compelling visual assets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and develop design concepts aligned with the content calendar.
• Collaborate with the content team to produce high‑quality, photo‑manipulated thumbnails for YouTube and other social channels.
• Maintain full design autonomy from concept through branding and visual execution.
• Create visual guidelines for photoshoots and art‑direct the production team.
• Support all creative needs of projects, ensuring final graphics are on‑brand and visually appealing.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating illustration and thumbnail work.
• Keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and color usage.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign.
• Familiarity with Adobe Dreamweaver.
• Ability to work with 3D modelling software (any).
