Remote Sales Representative – Travel Packages

About the role

We are looking for motivated, customer‑focused Sales Representatives to join our travel agency team remotely. You will drive sales, build client relationships, and promote a range of travel packages and services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls and online platforms to generate leads.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects interested in travel services.
• Understand client travel needs and recommend suitable packages, including flights, tours, hotels, and visas.
• Present travel options clearly, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients through follow‑ups and after‑sales support.
• Provide timely updates on promotions, discounts, and new travel packages.
• Stay informed on travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and share insights with management.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, or related sectors.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets remotely, and manage time effectively.
• Passion for travel and delivering excellent customer service.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Experience using online sales platforms.
