Remote Real Estate Sales Agent (Abuja)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Remote Real Estate Sales Agent to join Praise Fowowe International’s sales team. The role focuses on generating and closing property sales across Nigeria while working from your home office in Abuja. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through the entire sales process and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through referrals, networking events, and online platforms such as social media and property portals.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information and answering client queries.
• Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close sales deals to achieve or exceed monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
• Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and provide after‑sale support to ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in real‑estate sales or a related sales environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to prospecting.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
