Remote Real Estate Modeller

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Real Estate Modeller to join our international team of architects and technologists. You will create high‑quality 3D models for new‑construction projects across Europe and the United States, turning plans, sections, and elevations into compelling visualizations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop accurate 3D models from architectural drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure visual consistency.
• Prepare models for rendering pipelines and client presentations.
• Participate in a short test project as part of the selection process.
• Maintain attention to detail and architectural taste throughout the modelling workflow.

Required profile

• Strong modelling ability based on plans, sections, and elevations.
• Excellent eye for detail, composition, and architectural aesthetics.
• Clear communication skills and professional attitude.
• Comfort with modern AI‑assisted tools and workflows.
• Mid‑level experience or higher; junior artists may apply but mid‑level is preferred.
