Remote Influencer Marketing Specialist for E‑Commerce

About the role

TalentPop App is expanding its remote marketing team and seeks an Influencer Marketing Specialist to drive creator partnerships, affiliate growth, and customer engagement across multiple e‑commerce verticals. This full‑time remote role is ideal for a self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced digital environments and enjoys building long‑term brand relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research, and evaluate influencers on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube based on engagement, content quality, and campaign fit.
• Manage outreach and communication with creators via email, direct messaging, and collaboration platforms.
• Coordinate gifting campaigns, product shipments, and maintain organized delivery records.
• Support affiliate and creator partnership programs using platforms such as TikTok Shop, Social Snowball, Impact, or ShopMy.
• Monitor campaign timelines, deliverables, and follow‑ups to ensure smooth execution.
• Organize user‑generated content (UGC) campaigns and track usage rights.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, and partnership agreements as needed.
• Maintain detailed campaign trackers, spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards.
• Analyze performance metrics including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
• Provide light community engagement support through comments and direct messages.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer, creator, affiliate, or digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce and creator tools such as Shopify, TikTok Seller Center, Amazon, Social Snowball, Impact, or ShopMy.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Slack, Discord, Canva, and AI tools in a remote work setting.
• Strong written communication skills and professional creator relationship management.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
