Remote Healthcare Professionals – Chronic Care Network

About the role

Medlitics is building a digital network to deliver continuous, proactive care for chronic disease patients across Nigeria. We are looking for licensed healthcare professionals to join our remote clinical team, providing virtual consultations and monitoring through our AI‑enhanced platform.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor patients' health data, vital signs, and AI‑generated alerts via the Medlitics platform.
• Conduct secure video or chat consultations and deliver evidence‑based medical advice within your scope of practice.
• Support patients managing chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, asthma, and kidney disease.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure data privacy compliance.
• Provide compassionate, patient‑centred care and engage patients in self‑management.

Required profile

• Valid professional licence to practise in Nigeria.
• Relevant clinical qualification (e.g., MD, Nurse, PA, etc.).
• Strong communication and patient‑engagement abilities.
• Commitment to high ethical and professional standards.

Required skills

• Comfortable using digital health technology and telemedicine tools.
• Ability to interpret health data and AI alerts.
