Remote Full Stack Engineer (Contract)

About the role

This is a fully remote contract position where you will own features end‑to‑end, from database to user interface, building secure, scalable, HIPAA‑conscious healthcare software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications.
• Create responsive front‑end interfaces and robust back‑end services.
• Integrate APIs, electronic health record (EHR) and practice‑management systems, and third‑party healthcare tools.
• Apply AI and automation to improve clinical and operational workflows.
• Write clean, scalable, well‑documented code.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Portfolio or GitHub showcasing production‑grade work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently across time zones.
• Bonus: experience in healthcare, telehealth, or HIPAA‑regulated environments.

Required skills

• Front‑end: React and/or Angular.
• Back‑end: Java and/or Python.
• RESTful API development.
• Cloud deployment.
• AI/ML integration (strong plus).

What we offer

• Compensation ranging from $500 to $1,000 per month, based on experience and hours.
