Remote Data Entry Specialist

About the role

CareMetx is seeking a Remote Data Entry Specialist to support its hub services that aid pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical‑device innovators. Working under the supervision of a manager, you will provide accurate data handling for multiple clients, including manufacturers, physicians, and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain systems that ensure timely release of accurate information to diverse clients.
• Intake program‑specific correspondence (mail, inbound faxes) and log data into the appropriate database.
• Tri­age correspondence to reimbursement case advocates, specialists, or management.
• Conduct payer research and manage territory assignments.
• Assist with inbound call volume as needed.
• Distribute daily reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Uphold positive professional relationships and comply with program policies and procedures.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional experience in a customer‑service or healthcare environment.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility to new situations.
