Relationship Officer – Lagos State

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Relationship Officer to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our corporate clients in Lagos State. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address queries or concerns.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt product delivery.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on sales activities and performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market intelligence.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales or customer relationship management experience.
• Experience in sales or CRM preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
