Relationship Ecosystems Manager – South

About the role

The Relationship Ecosystems Manager – South will drive revenue growth by managing existing client relationships and acquiring new business for the bank. You will work across assets and liabilities to expand the bank's market presence in the southern region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities while nurturing existing client accounts.
• Collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
• Monitor and report on revenue targets, asset growth, and liability management.
• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance the ecosystem of banking services in the region.

Required profile

• First degree in any discipline.
• 7‑10 years of experience in relationship management and sales, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Proven ability to generate ideas, develop strategies, and make decisions.

Required skills

• Strong customer understanding and product knowledge.
• Experience with product‑related systems and customer acceptance processes.
