Regional Store Coordinator – North East (Nigeria)

About the role

The Regional Store Coordinator will partner with Sun King’s operations team to ensure the North East region of Nigeria has the inventory capacity needed to open new stores and grow existing ones. You will oversee warehouse activities, coordinate shipments, and support store executives to maintain high standards of service and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage regional warehouse inventory, record goods received, and monitor stock levels.
• Coordinate with third‑party transporters to deliver goods to Sun King stores on time and in good condition.
• Prepare weekly on‑hand stock reports for all shops and share them with the Country Store Manager.
• Communicate any shortages, theft, or loss and follow up on investigations.
• Conduct physical inventory counts at retail stores on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Train and support Store Executives (SSEs), fill in for them during leave, and ensure they follow proper processes.
• Review and aggregate weekly inventory and marketing reports for the HQ operations team.
• Handle returns of faulty products and manage their shipment back to HQ.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• At least two years of progressive experience in procurement, supply, or inventory management within a multinational organization.
• Strong judgment, communication, and reporting abilities.
• Result‑oriented multitasker who works well in a team.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory‑management applications.
