Regional Stock Controller – Oyo State

About the role

The Regional Stock Controller will oversee stock management for partner and distributor outlets across Oyo State, ensuring accurate inventory records and timely reporting. You will implement stock policies, conduct reconciliations, and support the warehouse team to minimise obsolescence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date stock entries for all partner and distributor outlets.
• Analyse stock reports, identify discrepancies, excess or shortages, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis on variances and implement preventive measures.
• Review infrastructure mapping, redistribute aged stock, and optimise allocation to high‑velocity outlets.
• Perform physical verification, regular reconciliations and support monthly/annual stock counts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc inventory and consumption reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to reduce inventory obsolescence and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Escalate any variances promptly to the warehouse manager for further investigation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory or stock control.
• Mid‑level professional with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Goal‑oriented team player capable of working independently.
