Regional Security Lead (South West)

About the role

Moniepoint is looking for a Regional Security Lead to protect its South West offices and assets. You will be the primary guardian of physical security, ensuring that staff can work safely and that the company’s facilities remain secure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce security policies across all Moniepoint locations in the South West region.
• Conduct regular security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Supervise, mentor and schedule private security guards and armed police personnel.
• Serve as the main liaison with local law enforcement and emergency services.
• Lead investigations of security incidents, produce factual reports, and recommend improvements.
• Design and deliver training programs on emergency response and safety protocols for staff and security teams.
• Stay current on security technologies such as CCTV systems and access‑control solutions.
• Provide expertise for asset recovery and fraud investigations when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading security operations, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proven ability to manage security personnel and coordinate with law‑enforcement agencies.
• Strong analytical skills to assess threats and develop preventive measures.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
