Regional Retail Operations Team Lead

About the role

M-KOPA is seeking a Regional Retail Operations Team Lead to oversee retail operations across Anambra, managing stock, logistics, and shop assistant performance to support digital and financial inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stock reconciliation, reordering under‑stocked SKUs, and maintain DSR holding levels within min‑max thresholds.
• Oversee phone repair logistics, reverse logistics, and cancellation closure timelines.
• Track collection and payment performance and coach shop assistants on processes, products, and systems.
• Develop retail strategies aligned with regional business objectives and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Train new Stock Controllers, conduct refresher training, and create virtual depot operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in field office, customer care, sales, or retail operations with inventory management responsibilities.
• Diploma or degree in Customer Service, Inventory Management, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple operational metrics, and develop strategic operational plans.
