About the role

NewGlobe is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee schools in North‑West Nigeria. The role involves managing Schools Supervisors, ensuring high instructional standards, and building strong relationships with government and community stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide oversight and coaching to Schools Supervisors to meet operational and instructional targets.
• Collaborate with the Training Manager to translate field feedback into effective training content and processes.
• Ensure schools deliver scheduled lessons, maintain positive classroom environments, and achieve student retention goals.
• Maintain continuous bi‑directional communication with school heads and administrators.
• Develop relationships with local and state officials, community leaders, and parents to promote education initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing multiple schools or educational sites.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with government, community, and parent stakeholders.
