Recruitment Officer – Facility Management

About the role

Eko Maintenance Limited, a fast‑growing facility management company, is seeking a Recruitment Officer to lead talent acquisition for its high‑rise building maintenance operations in Victoria Island, Lagos. You will partner with site managers to ensure the company attracts and retains the right talent.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and implement recruitment plans for local and expatriate positions.
• Collaborate with site managers and supervisors to identify staffing needs.
• Post vacancies on relevant platforms and manage recruitment channels.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for interview.
• Coordinate onboarding, conduct induction sessions, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support performance appraisal and learning initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in technical or operations‑driven environments.
• Ability to assess candidate suitability and make hiring recommendations.
• Strong networking ability.
