About the role

BAAY Realty is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its team as Real Estate Sales & Investment Associates in Magodo Phase 2, Lagos. This full‑time position offers a dynamic environment where you will help clients discover housing and investment opportunities while building your own career in property sales.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce prospective clients to residential and investment property offerings.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, homebuyers, and referral partners.
• Attend client meetings, property viewings, and presentations.
• Educate clients on ownership benefits and real‑estate investment strategies.
• Convert prospects into paying customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Submit activity and sales reports as required.

Required profile

• Passionate about sales, marketing, and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confident, persuasive, self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong desire to build a successful career and increase income.
