Real Estate Sales Executive

About the role

Kenex Konsults International is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join its Lagos office. You will be responsible for driving property sales across residential, commercial and investment segments, building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing and prospecting.
• Promote and market residential, commercial and investment properties.
• Conduct property inspections and site visits with prospective buyers.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options.
• Negotiate prices, payment plans and contract terms between buyers and sellers.
• Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients and follow up on inquiries.
• Prepare sales reports and keep an up‑to‑date customer database.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns.
• Attend property exhibitions, open houses and networking events.
• Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and property values.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of a BSc degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar real‑estate sales role.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a results‑driven attitude.
