Real Estate Manager (Part‑time, Hybrid)

About the role

The Real Estate Manager will work part‑time from Ibadan in a hybrid setting, combining on‑site duties with remote work. You will be responsible for overseeing daily property operations and ensuring a high standard of service for tenants and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and ensure properties meet company standards.
• Manage tenant relationships, handle lease reviews, negotiations, documentation and compliance.
• Track key lease dates, renewals and terminations.
• Support property marketing activities and conduct site inspections.
• Prepare regular performance reports and collaborate with internal teams to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Monitor market trends, advise on property decisions and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the client journey.

Required profile

• Strong background in property operations and management of multiple properties.
• Experience in lease administration and commercial real‑estate practices.
• Proven ability to build professional relationships with tenants, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of the Ibadan real‑estate market and local regulations (advantage).
• Excellent organisational, analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
• Relevant academic background in Estate Management, Real Estate, Business Administration or related field; professional certifications are a plus.
