Radiographer – Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Radiographer to join our diagnostic imaging team in Lagos. The role involves delivering high‑quality X‑ray and other imaging services while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Perform X‑ray and other diagnostic imaging procedures following established protocols.
• Prepare and position patients accurately to obtain optimal images.
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate radiographic equipment, adhering to radiation safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention and radiation protection guidelines.
• Review image quality, document findings, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to support timely diagnosis.
• Report equipment faults and participate in routine quality‑assurance activities.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or equivalent qualification in Radiography from a recognized institution.
• Current registration with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN).
• Minimum two years of post‑qualification experience in a hospital or imaging facility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
