Quantity Land Surveyor – Abuja

About the role

The Quantity Land Surveyor will support road and real‑estate construction projects by conducting land surveys, providing quantity‑taking assistance and ensuring accurate data for planning and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct land and site surveys for road and real‑estate projects, performing measurements, mapping and data collection.
• Prepare and interpret survey reports, drawings and plans.
• Assist in cost estimation, material quantification, budgeting and the preparation of bills of quantities (BOQs).
• Monitor on‑site quantities and support cost‑control processes.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers and site teams to ensure data accuracy and support project documentation.
• Maintain compliance with technical standards and keep proper records of survey data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Land Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum five years’ experience on road and real‑estate construction projects.
• Proficiency with surveying tools and relevant software.
• Strong understanding of BOQs, measurements and construction processes.
• Willingness to work on‑site and travel as required.
