About the role
Lead and manage all laboratory operations, ensuring accurate testing and analysis of feed samples to meet quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement testing protocols, methodologies, and laboratory procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Supervise and mentor lab technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal quality policies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on laboratory findings, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of HND.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
