About the role
The Purchasing Officer will manage the hotel’s inventory and procurement processes, ensuring accurate stock levels, safe storage, and efficient handling of goods.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the hotel’s inventory and track stock levels.
- Organise and maintain a safe store area and safeguard goods.
- Handle receipt and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate stock records and minimise losses.
- Prepare regular inventory reports and communicate store requests.
Required profile
- OND/HND in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Certification in supply chain, inventory or logistics management is an advantage.
- 2‑5 years proven experience in logistics or stores management.
