Public Relations & Customer Relations Officer

About the role

Imani Health is seeking a Public Relations & Customer Relations Officer to shape its public image and manage communication with patients, hospitals, doctors, partners, and the wider public. The role combines social media management, customer support, and brand visibility at events.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow Imani Health’s presence on social media platforms.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via internal systems and external channels.
• Support onboarding of new customers and handle feedback and complaints.
• Create clear captions, emails, and messages for various audiences.
• Assist with brand representation at selected events, campaigns, and outreach activities.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Professional, polite and patient when dealing with customers.
• Willingness to learn Imani Health’s internal digital tools.
• Understanding of confidentiality requirements in healthcare.

Required skills

• Basic content creation using Canva.
• Simple video editing with CapCut.
• Experience with customer support or CRM systems.
