Public Relations Consultant – Client Services

About the role

The Public Relations Consultant will act as the primary liaison between our clients and the internal team, ensuring smooth execution of PR projects and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with senior consultants to shape and deliver impactful communication campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of client accounts, coordinating project activities, activations and budgets.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to develop strategic concepts and marketing plans.
• Serve as the client’s voice within the agency, communicating goals, expectations and feedback.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing business and add value‑added services.
• Maintain knowledge of key opinion leaders, stakeholders and industry trends.
• Deliver innovative ideas that go beyond client briefs and support brand loyalty.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• B.Sc or HND in Public Relations, Mass Communication or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in client‑facing roles within a PR, media or advertising agency.
• Proven track record of handling client projects and delivering results.
• Strong understanding of client relationship management and business development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
