Public Health Outreach Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Public Health Personnel to join Rightliving Health Foundation in Warri, Delta State. The role focuses on planning and delivering community health awareness programmes, building partnerships, and creating educational content to promote preventive healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Foundation professionally while upholding ethical standards.
• Identify and secure venues for health sensitization programmes using official proposal letters.
• Plan, organise and facilitate community health seminars, wellness talks and fitness activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, churches, companies and community groups.
• Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities for health programme expansion.
• Deliver engaging presentations on preventive health and Foundation services.
• Support implementation of health maintenance programmes and organisational policies.
• Create simple health education materials and promotional content.
• Assist with data collection, reporting and administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Passion for health promotion, community development and meeting targets.
• Residency within Effurun, PTI, Enerhen, Jakpa, Uvwie or nearby areas in Warri.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Forms).
• Competence in Microsoft PowerPoint or Canva for creating presentations and educational materials.
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) for health awareness campaigns.
• Basic computer and data‑entry skills.
