Property Rental Executive

About the role

Ramos Real Estate is seeking a proactive Rental Sales Executive to expand its rental portfolio across Lagos. The role is field‑based, requiring daily travel to scout properties, conduct viewings, and guide tenants from enquiry through move‑in while meeting monthly performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Actively scout and secure new rental listings in assigned zones, building relationships with landlords and property owners.
• Capture high‑quality marketing content for each property and promote listings through approved online and offline channels.
• Respond to rental enquiries, schedule and conduct professional viewings, and highlight key features to convert prospects.
• Pre‑screen prospective tenants, support negotiation of rental terms, and prepare offer letters and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to finalize tenancy paperwork, ensure smooth move‑ins, and maintain accurate records in the company CRM.
• Follow up on all active leads daily and conduct weekly pipeline reviews to avoid lost opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and rental pricing to advise on competitive rates.
• Deliver excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants, escalating issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent customer service orientation and confident communication skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of Lagos neighbourhoods and local market dynamics.
• Flexibility and adaptability for a fast‑paced, field‑based environment.
• Valid driver’s licence and thorough familiarity with Lagos routes (required).
