About the role

We are looking for a proactive Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of properties in Ilaro, Ogun State. The role involves ensuring that all properties are well‑maintained, secure and presented to a high standard for tenants and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Carry out routine inspections of company properties and produce detailed reports with photos and videos.
Identify maintenance issues, obtain quotations and coordinate artisans, contractors and suppliers for repairs.
Supervise maintenance and renovation works to guarantee quality delivery and compliance.
Monitor security, cleanliness and overall condition of properties on an ongoing basis.
Liaise with tenants, neighbours and service providers as required.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and property documentation.
Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for management and promptly report emergencies.

Required profile

Minimum of a Diploma.
At least 2 years of experience in property management or a similar role.
Strong organisational and communication abilities.
