Project Manager – Healthcare Programs

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the REACH program’s initiatives in Kano, ensuring high‑quality, affordable health services reach the community. This role coordinates daily clinic operations, supports staff, and works closely with the REACH Program Manager to meet organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice and guidance to the REACH management team and key stakeholders.
• Identify, research and engage new partners in government and non‑government sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation.
• Manage the preparation, negotiation and implementation of partnership agreements, MOUs and SLAs.
• Oversee supervision of all support staff and ensure smooth day‑to‑day clinic operations.
• Organise community health events to promote services and memberships.

Required profile

• Proven ability to supervise support staff and ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Strong experience in partnership development and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with the capacity to anticipate and address operational issues.
• Ability to collaborate with the REACH Program Manager to achieve departmental objectives.
