About the role
We are looking for a motivated Project Manager / Scrum Master to support our YouTube channel and online‑course business. The role is flexible and can grow into greater responsibility and higher pay based on performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage email correspondence and general administrative tasks.
- Reach out to potential sponsors and partnership opportunities.
- Organise information, track tasks and maintain project documentation.
- Support production planning, content creation and overall business operations.
- Handle ad‑hoc requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Required profile
- Highly organised, reliable and proactive.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Curious, adaptable and able to figure things out independently.
- Comfortable learning and using new AI tools.
