Project Manager - Energy Projects

About the role

Eclat Human Resources is looking for a Project Manager to oversee its installation portfolio, covering gas-to-power and renewable energy projects. The role also supervises the engineering team across gas-to-power, solar, industrial parks and related initiatives, and works with management on growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the company's installation portfolio of gas-to-power and renewable energy projects.
• Supervise the engineering team across all projects and provide technical leadership on design and implementation.
• Help identify new market opportunities and deploy equipment where needed.
• Work with management on short- and medium-term growth plans for projects and investments.
• Oversee quality assurance so designs and implementations meet industry standards and regulations.

Required profile

• B.Tech/B.Sc. in Engineering or Sciences (minimum 2.1).
• 5 to 7 years of experience in the oil & gas or electric power industry.
• At least 2 years in project management.
• PMP certification.

• Strong organization to manage multiple tasks, timelines and resources.
• Ability to prioritize, set goals and meet deadlines.
• Quick decision-making and attention to detail.
