Project Manager (Capital Projects)

About the role

The Project Manager (Capital Projects) will lead the full lifecycle of capital projects, from concept through commissioning and handover. The role ensures safe, on‑time, on‑budget delivery while maintaining the highest quality and operational reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of engineering and construction projects.
• Prepare Project Charters, Execution Plans and baseline schedules.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, QA/QC and HSE activities.
• Review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications and contractor submissions.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule and change management.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans and conduct lessons‑learned reviews.
• Lead stakeholder coordination meetings and monitor progress with MS Project and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with governance, engineering standards and HSE requirements.
• Review contractor claims, variations and payments.
• Drive onsite quality assurance, inspections and closure of NCRs.
• Prepare progress reports, plan commissioning, testing, handover and close‑out documentation.
• Mentor team members and develop high‑performing project teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10‑15 years experience delivering industrial, commercial or residential projects.
• Minimum 5 years managing multidisciplinary capital projects.
• PMP certification preferred.
