About the role
The Project Manager will work with the management team to successfully execute a range of audio/visual projects, overseeing all phases from planning to post‑project follow‑up.
Key responsibilities
- Determine technical requirements, including logistics, scheduling, power, rigging, site specifications and CAD room drawings.
- Plan and schedule qualified technicians for each project, coordinating multi‑site functions.
- Conduct and attend site surveys well in advance of project start dates.
- Manage cost and budgetary considerations throughout the project lifecycle.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the audio/visual industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Radio, TV and Film preferred.
- Professional presentation and excellent communication, customer service, and people skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment and travel to project sites as needed.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar rendering software.
- Strong knowledge of video, audio, lighting and scenic elements.
