Project Manager – Agribusiness Phase (Coconut Waste Project)
CERATH Development Organization · Project
Job description
About the role
The Coconut Waste Project (COWAP) aims to foster a green circular economy and generate livelihood opportunities by adding value to coconut husk waste in the La Nkwantanang‑Madina Municipality. Currently in its second year of EU co‑funded implementation, the project is executing two independent business cases: a coconut waste processing facility and a coconut waste aggregation enterprise, both slated to start operations in December 2022. CDO, the lead partner of the consortium, is looking for a Project Manager to steer the project through its agribusiness phase, overseeing the launch and early operation of these entities. The role will involve coordinating with municipal authorities, the Tree Crops Center and other consortium members to ensure successful delivery of project objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring progress, managing resources, and reporting outcomes to the EU funding body.
